CHUCK HOMAN HHS '69 has been
convicted the felony of growing marijuana
which he says is his medicine for bipolar disorder.
A Mental Health Evaluation was ordered. After two later arrests for marijuana possession and a bench warrant for his failure to appear at his arraignment, he was sentenced to a weekend in jail.
Chuck was a lobbyist for HB 1393 and SB 350, PA's Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act. It was not passed but hearings were held. The currently pending SB 1003 of 2011 has no chance of being passed by a Republican General Assembly or being signed by a Republican Governor.
